Hygiene Product Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of perfume products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items based on personal scent preference or "change of mind".

Damaged or Wrong Products

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, we will provide a free replacement or full refund.

Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos/video of the damage or incorrect item.

Item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched (usually within 12 hours). Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5-7 business days.

Refund Timelines

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
